We have a chance to uphold the integrity of our courts. There is a runoff election on Tuesday 5/26. If you live in Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 then you can vote in this race. Check your voter registration card for a box labeled "JP". If it has a 4, then you are in precinct four, JP4. The Runoff is between Randy Farrar and Stephen Kallas. You can check your sample ballot here
You look for the label that says "Republican Ballot Style 2r for Precincts"
Then look for your precinct.
Here is a comparison between the two candidates (see photo below)
Randy Farrar is a successful businessman, running his own law firm. He is competent, highly educated and experienced. Stephen Kallas has filed to run in the wrong precinct. He used his brother-in-law's address on the ballot application and swore an oath that this was correct, giving us a candidate for Judge in JP4 who is a law breaker and oath breaker. It is against the Texas Election Code to run in a precinct in which you do not live.
