Friends,
I was shocked when I saw that Abraham George endorsed a candidate for Justice of the Peace in precinct 4 who is a law breaker and oath breaker. Wow! Republican Party of Texas (RPT) chair Abraham George has no regard for our laws, and no regard for the sanctity of a sworn oath? Abraham is a charming man and I like him personally, but he caused some trouble in Collin County when he was party chair here and he has caused some problems within the RPT, as evidenced in this X post: https://x.com/ sarahiscensored/status/ 2054658029476253848?s=46
I quote from this post here:
"Members of the Republican Party of Texas Legislative Priorities Committee have formally submitted a Letter of No Confidence against Texas RPT Chairman Abraham George." The letter states that Mr. George has been:
"• Working against unanimously adopted committee positions
• Running parallel legislative operations outside the committee structure • Blocking official committee communications and calls to action
• Preventing use of official RPT branding
• Personally attacking committee members
• Failing to advance key priorities, including closed primaries"
I will give a brief description of the problems caused by Abraham George as Collin County party chair: Based on my experiences, the complaints from the RPT Legislative Priorities Committee are believable.
After our June 2023 meeting, where we in the Executive Committee (EC) asked Jim Pikl to resign as our SREC (State Republican Executive Committee) Committeeman, Abraham George retaliated. In the July 2023 meeting Mr. George called all our business out of order. We were shocked. So we studied the rules and in the August 2023 meeting we called a point of order on him and tried to get some business done. He got mad and yelled at a lady precinct chair (PC), saying to her, "you can't out bully a bully." The lady wasn't bullying the chair, she was sticking up for her rights and he got mad and declared himself a bully. He broke the rules by forcing us to use a series of secret ballots, which ran the clock out. One vote was to overturn the ruling of the chair.
Abraham cancelled the September 2023 meeting and spent the month creating a "pro-Abraham" faction in the EC so he could count on defeating future efforts to overturn a ruling of the chair. He divided the party and it stayed divided for a long time. After inflicting all this damage onto our party, then in the October 2023 meeting he resigned to run against Candy Noble. I suspect that all the hostility he directed to the precinct chairs might have cost him that election.
On one occasion all the HD (House District) chairs prepared questions for him to address concerns that we had. When we told him that we were concerned that he was going rogue, his answer shocked me. Abraham George said, "if you sue me I will win." Besides me and Abraham there were 4 other people in the room. His answer seemed to say that there is nothing we can do to stop him if he chooses to disregard our rules.
Maybe the motto of the Collin County GOP is "cheat if you can get away with it." Well, our leadership might feel that way, but there are plenty of PCs who believe in following our laws and upholding our oaths. That is why many PCs are supporting Randy Farrar for Justice of the Peace in precinct 4.
Consider the comparison between Mr. Farrar, a successful businessman with his own law firm and his unemployed opponent who bungled the one major committee he was asked to lead in the CC GOP. (See https://voteforcanright.blogspot.com/2025/10/kallass-failure.html ) Think about what it means to have a lawyer as a judge. It's hard to get into Law School, it's hard to pass, and then there is the Bar Exam to pass. The law degree held by Mr. Farrar is not just a piece of paper, it is evidence of significant accomplishment and a superior mind.
Why would Abraham George endorse a candidate who is so clearly inferior? Clearly there are more than a few things wrong with Abraham George.
Abraham George is running for re-election as RPT chair. You need to know this history.
Thank you for your time,
Robert
