Friends,
On Thursday July 30 I attended a meeting in Richardson sponsored by the American Jewish Conservatives. I went because Congressman Keith Self lent his name to the event. It was awesome. First, one of the speakers was Abteen Vaziri. He was born in Iran. His father was in the Shah's air force. He had good insight on Iran to share with us. He was blunt in telling us that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is crazy. The speaker who stole the show was Rabbi Pesach Wolicki Anytime you see his name on a program, go! What he told us in the meeting he has written in the Jerusalem Post.

Read his article. But here is the gist of it.
First, demand public proof of life of Mojtaba Khamenei;, their leader. He is likely dead or incapacitated.
Second, give Israel a free hand to finish Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Third, call the Iranian people back into the streets, and protect them.
Fourth, stop bombing infrastructure and start hunting the enforcers.
Fifth, shut down Pakistan’s overland lifeline to Iran.
None of this requires American troops on Iranian soil.
Victory requires a shift in focus: away from the assumption that enough physical destruction will eventually break the regime and toward the more precise and more honest recognition of what the regime actually fears, namely, its own people seeing it exposed as weak, illegitimate, and unable to protect its own enforcers.
Proof of life of the supreme leader, a free hand for Israel against Hezbollah, protection for protesters, pressure on the IRGC instead of the power grid, and an end to Pakistan’s sanctions-busting trade routes – these are the fastest routes to the outcome everyone says they want: an Iran without this regime.

Rabbi Pesach Wolicki told us that there are people in the American Establishment who tell Trump to avoid Regime Change. Well, what George Bush tried certainly failed: the USA creating an Army, a police force, and a government for Afghanistan failed. That is what the Bush Administration thought of Regime Change: building a country.
But Regime Change in Iran doesn't have to be like that. Killing with drones all the thugs who run check points and terrorize the people would lead to the Regime collapsing. Accept that some chaos would arise and let the people of Iran deal with it themselves, without us.
The Establishment plan to make the Regime accept our conditions by destroying infrastructure and their economy has been proven by history to fail. It has not worked in Vietnam, it has not worked in WW2 Germany, and it has not worked in Cuba. Destroy the thugs and let the people freely organize and let them overthrow their government. Unleash the Israelis and it can happen.
