Good work from your Republican Party -- Murr Censured

I bring you good news, an example of your Texas Republican Party doing good work.

Representative Andrew Murr, who led the kangaroo court that improperly impeached Attorney General Ken Paxton, will not be seeking reelection.  This is largely due to the work of the RPT (Republican Party of Texas) SREC (State Republican Executive Committee).  The SREC is essentially the ruling body of the RPT.  They met in September and announced that they had enough evidence to hit Andrew Murr with a Rule 44 Censure.   They said then (I was present) that they could not yet vote on the censure because they needed to give Representative Murr time to come and defend himself to the SREC.

Instead of going to the SREC and defending his actions, Murr announced his retirement from the Texas House.  Here is an article about it:

When I attended the December SREC meeting, they did the vote to censure Murr under SREC Rule 44.

Under a Rule 44 censure, Murr cannot run as a Republican in the primary and if he filed for any race in the 2024 Republican Primary, the SREC would spend money to educate voters about his censure.  This was enough incentive for Andrew Murr to announce his retirement from the Texas Legislature.  Here is the full text of the censure of Murr:

If I heard the SREC correctly, they will try the same approach to Dade Phelan.  Phelan's supporters in the SREC delayed the work of censure so it is taking longer to censure Phelan.

The Republican Party at the national level seems pretty ineffective at times.  The county GOP parties sometimes go into the weeds.  But the SREC is doing well, which means that overall the GOP in Texas is doing well.  Many Republican elected officials are terrible, but they are not the party.  You and I, the grassroots, are the party by voting and going to the Republican Conventions.  The SREC and RPT are the GOP in Texas, not our elected officials.

We organize as a party to elect good politicians and to remove bad politicians.  We got rid of Murr with a Rule 44 Censure.  We are getting rid of our state reps in Collin County at the ballot box.  Our GOP is a good party only when we get rid of the bad eggs in political office.

You have to be kidding me

 Dear Friends and Neighbors,
I got a newsletter recently from our HD66 State House Representative.  On the first page, 6 lines below "Dear Fellow Texas,"  our representative said, "... I can assure you, this was the most successful Legislative Session for our state."  I was shocked by this statement.

We are now in the 4th Special Session because this has been the most spectacular failed session.  After the regular session and after 3 special sessions, they still cannot perform.  The Governor had to call a 4th special session because our House Representatives fail again and again.  This costs the taxpayers money.

Then I get a political advertisement in the mail from our HD66 representative where he says he is, "A conservative leader we can trust."   What was that?  Can we trust him after he calls the massive failure of the 88th session and the subsequent four (4) special sessions a great success?

After the Texas House, including all the 5 Republican Representatives in Collin County vote to impeach our Attorney General in a lawless kangaroo court, he calls this a successful session?  The Texas Government Code, in section 301.022, says that testimony in a general investigating committee must be sworn testimony, but the committee did not take sworn testimony, breaking their own laws, which is why I call it a lawless kangaroo court.

I have heard that 6 representatives voted "no" on the impeachment based on the violation of section 301.022.  This impeachment of Paxton was a massive boondoggle, whether you like Paxton or not, the process for impeaching him was awful.

Rep Smithee knew this impeachment process was wrong, he said it, but our state rep ignored the wise council of Rep Smithee, just like our rep ignored our requests that he vote against the impeachment.

On a personal note, I like Matt Shaheen, but I think it is time for us to retire him.  He is too out of touch.

His mailers will work on the uninformed.  We have to inform our friends and neighbors about the shortcomings of our state representative, and explain to them why we need a change.  It is work to remove an incumbent, so we all need to work together to improve our representation.

We are lucky that we have a great challenger in Wayne Richard.  We all need to pitch in and help him succeed.

We know there are lies within the main stream media (MMS), so we look for alternatives. But there is misinformation in the information sphere viewed by conservatives.  There are several falsehoods in this video that appeal to people.  

One popular falsehood is that Donald Trump is still Commander in Chief.  Another falsehood is that the military will overthrow the regime of Bogus Biden  In fact, at the 1:06 point in the video, it proclaims that our military was created to prevent our government from becoming too radical.  This is dangerous thinking.

Somewhere. someone is saying, "Oh, Robert.  You don't know everything.  You cannot know this."  I have a baloney filter that catches this nonsense.  Carl Sagen talked about you having and developing a baloney filter.  When you accept a falsehood as a truth, you are damaging your baloney filter.  People are lying to conservatives all the time.  When we accept a falsehood as a truth then we start tending to become gullible.  Being gullible is bad in our complex political environment.

The War Within the Republican Party

It is time for us to become aware of a war raging within the Republican Party.  It has been going on for years, but has not been discussed much.  We need to be aware because this war is leading to election fraud and sabotage of the Republican grassroots.

Let me tell you what made me wake up and see the problem.  The 9-23-21 issue of the Wall Street Journal said that George W. Bush was scheduled to host a fundraiser for Liz Cheney in Dallas on 10-18-21, which is today [1].  You know already that the Wyoming GOP has censured Liz Cheney for voting to impeach Donald Trump.  Liz Cheney has said that she "will do everything I can to ensure that the former president never again gets anywhere near the Oval Office." [2]  Wait a minute.  The voters pick our President, not a RINO from Wyoming.  Right?

 

I finally realized that the Republican Establishment, with Liz Cheney as their most visible tool, believes it has the right to pick the President, not the people.  Rod Rosenstein, a Republican Deputy Attorney General admitted he conspired to overthrow Trump with the 25th Amendment, but his conspiracy fell apart.  George W. Bush endorsed Joe Biden, and Bush has not apologized.  Look at what a disaster Biden is, and Bush is doubling down, fundraising for Liz Cheney.  Look at how the Republican Establishment followed Bush in endorsing Biden.  Establishment Republican General Colin Powell (retired) went to the Democratic National Convention in 2020 and endorsed Joe Biden, following the lead of his patrons, the Bush family.

Arizona GOP Chairwoman, Dr. Kelli Ward, told us in Dallas at Debbie Georgatos' "Women and Freedom" summit that there was massive cheating in Maricopa County, Arizona and 4 of the 5 County Supervisors were Republicans who fought the audit tooth and nail, refusing to honor subpoenas.  Across America, appointed or elected Republican officials helped the Democrats steal the 2020 Presidential Election.

This is a betrayal of trust on many levels.  One betrayal is the principle of two parties that are a check and balance to each other.  The Republican Establishment has shown us that they belong to a Uniparty, a group of rich and powerful people in the shadows trying to control both parties so there is in effect only one real party, the Uniparty of the Globalist Establishment.

As Dr. Quigley put it, "The two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can 'throw the rascals out' at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy,"  [3] The Bush family and their crowd have been lying to us all these years, pretending to be conservatives. Also raising money for Liz Cheney are John Boehner and Paul Ryan, both former GOP House Speakers, Senators Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, and Mitt Romney, The group scheduled to attend the Bush fundraiser include Karl Rove, former Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, and Ray Hunt, CEO of Hunt Oil Co.  The rich and powerful have lined up against the American people, against the Republican grassroots, and they have worked against our nation, not just our party.  Look at what Biden did in Afghanistan, and the Republican Establishment shares the blame for this disaster.

You better believe the RNC is part of the Establishment.  Here is what Rich Higgins saw at the White House:  "Trump turned to the RNC when he needed to staff his administration. And the RNC took the opportunity to blackball Trump supporters and bring in its kind of people.  McCain people.  Bush people.  Romney people....On staffing, the neocons, Never-Trump, and the Republican Establishment just ran the table,  Even Democrats managed to break through the hiring process...." [4]  It is a miracle Trump accomplished as much as he did with the Establishment Republicans and Obama holdovers fighting him, openly calling the Deep State "the Resistance."

Our betrayers run the gamut from Washington,D.C., to the county level, as in Maricopa County.  Remember the Bushes live in Texas, so you know Texas has Establishment Republicans who work against the Republican Grassroots.  Perhaps this is why Dade Phelan, the Texas Speaker of the House, stabs us in the back.  Perhaps he is part of a hoard of rats gnawing away at the fabric of our Republican Party.

Now that we know that the grassroots are under attack, we can prepare to defend ourselves.  The first step is to not donate money to Establishment Republicans.  After that will be a battle between the people and the American Aristocracy, which is what the Establishment is.  The American Revolutionaries overthrew the tyranny of the rich when they defeated the army of the King of England, the head of the British Establishment.  The rich are trying to take over our country using Communists like Bernie Sanders inside the Democratic party and using Establishment Republicans.  We can stop them and save our republic, but it will be some work.

We have to be committed in our work for the sake of our liberties and for our children and grandchildren.

A Threat to Our Republic

Our Constitutional Republic is defined by our Constitution. I am alarmed at how often the Democrats have been disparaging our Constitution. I will bring a couple of articles to your attention. A recent article from the New York Times is, "We Had to Force the Constitution to Accommodate Democracy, and It Shows" by Jamelle Bouie, 10/7/22. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/10/07/opinion/constitution-democracy-biden-trump.html

The article says the Constitution "undermines American democracy," and it complains of "lopsided representation in the Senate and the Electoral College." The Democrats are upset that the large states cannot crush the small states because of the Senate and the Electoral College.

This article says "today’s Republican Party succeeds only because of the Electoral College". Do you get that? If they can get rid of the Electoral College, they can destroy the Republican party.

This section of text from the article is very disturbing: "Maybe we can revive mass movements for amendments, ... If the public supports a constitutional amendment to limit money in politics, ...or enshrine a core abortion right, a committed majority should be able to say what our fundamental law is by popular vote." The mass movement they refer to is called "Convention of States" (CoS). The reference to popular vote is a plan to ratify a new Constitution with a national popular vote like the Communists tried in Chile recently.

The left is already planning to hijack the work of Convention of States and to change the ratification process. Just think: CoS is working to make the dreams come true for the Democrats of eliminating the Electoral College and destroying the Republican Party.

We should all be scared to death of an Article V convention in this dangerous time in our Republic. But why are our conservative friends working to help the Democrats? We all know really nice people who are committed to CoS. I like the rank and file in CoS. They are great people, but they are deceived. Their problem is that they do not understand deception and betrayal. They cannot tell when they are being lied to.

I recommend everyone read the book, "A Vietcong Memoir" by Truong Nhu Tang. You will learn that we lost Vietnam because the South Vietnamese government was riddled with traitors like Mr. Tang. His father warned him that the North Vietnamese were lying to him, but he would not listen to his father. He dedicates his book, "to my betrayed comrades, who believed they were sacrificing themselves for a humane liberation of their people." Mr. Tang dedicated his life to overthrowing the South Vietnamese government, and then fled Vietnam as one of the many "boat people". The CoS people do not understand betrayal even when it is right in front of them.

2022 Iowa Republican Platform, As adopted at the State Convention on Saturday, June 11, 2022, added this plank:

22. We believe the United States Constitution, when properly obeyed and enforced, is an effective and timeless guiding instrument for the governing of our nation. Therefore, in view of the dire warnings from James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, four US Supreme Court Justices, and other eminent Jurists and scholars, we are opposed to the proposals of organizations such as “Convention of States” to ask Congress to call an Article V Convention.

Be careful, friends, when you hear the CoS sales pitch. Iowa got it right and we have to catch up.

I downloaded a digital copy, connected my laptop to the big screen TV, and watched it. It is worth watching. (It is on DVD if that is your preference.)

He is a law professor (fired for refusing the jab) who was a former prosecutor. He has studied lots of affidavits and he says there is plenty of evidence of election fraud from 2020 to prosecute and convict people, if courts would hear the evidence.

He is working so hard to spread the truth about our stolen election that I would call him a Hero of the Republic. When we restore the Republic and reestablish Liberty, we should have "Hero of the Republic" medals.

One of the main reasons the 2020 Presidential election was stolen by the Democrats is that they had help from Republicans. All across America, RINOs were supporting the Democratic Party, the Bushes here in Texas being one example. You know that the Mafia over the years has bought off judges, and in that manner the Democrats buy off our Republican elected officials. Some of the RINOs have been wolves in sheeps clothing forever, believing in Globalism and the New World Order, the Republican voters just being sheep to be sheared as the RINOs advance their personal agenda. Remember that Globalism and the New World Order are fundamentally anti-American. Now that we have an anti-American as President, we are sliding into totalitarianism. The Republican candidate is Doug Mastriano. You will remember that State Senator Doug Mastriano ran an investigation of the fraud in Pennsylvania during the 2020 election.
